PatchPushSettings

Update the user push settings, only the setting you need to update is required, ie: to disable push supply - { 'IsEnabled' : 'false' } and the user's PushToken will not be effected.

The following routes are available for this service:
PATCH	/User/Account/Settings/Push

**PatchPushSettings** Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
PushToken	query	string	No	The user's UrbanAirship token.
IsEnabled	query	bool?	No	This parameter is deprecated, replaced by Notification Settings. Global Push setting.

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json

To embed the response in a jsonp callback, append ?callback=myCallback
