CreateUserPhotoBanner

Photo upload for Conversation banners / avatars. Attach files via form-data. ConversationID must be included. EventID is optional, but preferred.

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/User/Photo/ConversationBanner

**CreateUserPhotoBanner** Parameters:

ConversationID	body	string	Yes	Group Conversation ID
EventID	body	int	No	The EventID that the group conversation is associated with.

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .jsv suffix or ?format=jsv
