The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/User/Video

**CreateUserVideo** Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
Compress	body	bool	No	If true, the video will be compressed after upload.

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .jsv suffix or ?format=jsv
