Validates the Verification Code submitted

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/User/Account/PasswordReset/Mobile/Validate

**ValidatePasswordResetTextMsgCode** Parameters:

PhoneNumber	body	string	No	The phone number, can start with a '0'
PhoneCountryCode	body	string	No	The countries phone code, the starting '+' is optional. eg. AU=+61, US=+1
PhoneAlpha2Code	body	string	No	2 character country code eg. AU, VN
VerificationCode	body	string	No

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .jsv suffix or ?format=jsv
