CreateEventInterest

Register an interest on an event for the current user. Returns enum EventInterestResponseType (Failed, EventNotFound, PastEvent, HasRegistered, UserNotMatched, Success)

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .soap12 suffix or ?format=soap12
