CreateUserClubPost

Create user Club post, this will always need to be called before uploading any videos or images.

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/User/Club/{ClubID}/Post

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
