GetStateLookup

Returns a list of lookup states.

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/Location/Country/{Id}

**GetStateLookup** Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
