GetTags

Get list of tags based on prefix string and optional parent type

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/Tag/Search

**GetTags** Parameters:

**Pagination** Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
